Author Biography:

Robert Ghosh is a Consultant Physician at Homerton University Hospital, London. He is the Director of Intensive Care and Director of Acute Medicine. As Trust Lead for Clinical Audit and Chair of the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Committee, he has facilitated robust relationships between key committees in order to feed into the Clinical Audit system. He has thereby implemented strategic innovations which have allowed operational issues such as risk and complaints to develop into vehicles for quality, through clinical audit.
