Author Biography:

Anne Phillips is a Senior Lecturer in Diabetes Care and Programmes Lead at the University of York. She has previously worked as a District Nurse and a Diabetes Specialist Nurse in both community and acute care, and is on the editorial board of Practice Nursing.
